Edmonton Neighbourhoods and Communities Served by Katch A Limo: Complete Coverage Guide

2026 Guide  ·  ~6 min read  ·  By Katch A Limo

Short answer: we serve all of Edmonton and the communities around it, from Sherwood Park and St. Albert to Leduc, Spruce Grove, Stony Plain, Beaumont, Fort Saskatchewan and Enoch Cree Nation. If you are wondering whether we come to your neighbourhood, the answer is almost certainly yes. Here is how coverage works, where the standard rate applies, and what changes once you are outside the ring road.

Inside the Anthony Henday: the standard zone

Everything inside Edmonton’s ring road is our standard service zone, with no surcharge. That covers downtown and Ice District, Old Strathcona and Whyte Avenue, the river valley neighbourhoods, and every residential area from the northeast to the southwest. Airport pickups from Edmonton International are a routine part of the day.

A few of the areas we are in most often:

  • Downtown, Oliver and Ice District: hotels, offices, Rogers Place, the Winspear and the Citadel.
  • Old Strathcona and Whyte Avenue: nights out, restaurants, the Fringe.
  • Glenora, Westmount and 124 Street: weddings, dinners, corporate pickups.
  • West Edmonton and the mall district: hotels and events.
  • Southwest (Windermere, Terwillegar, Riverbend): weddings, grads, airport runs.
  • South and Mill Woods: family celebrations, grads, group nights out.
  • North and Castle Downs: our home base is at 148 Avenue NW, so we know the north end well.
  • Northeast (Clareview, Hermitage): airport transfers and events.

Outside the ring road: the surrounding communities

We serve the whole capital region. Because these trips add driving time, a zone surcharge applies, and we confirm the full total with the surcharge before you book. No surprises on the night.

  • Sherwood Park and Strathcona County
  • St. Albert
  • Spruce Grove and Stony Plain
  • Leduc and Nisku, including Edmonton International Airport
  • Beaumont
  • Fort Saskatchewan
  • Devon and the communities south of the river

Further destinations, such as Red Deer, Camrose, Wetaskiwin or Lloydminster, are quoted as longer trips at an hourly rate. Ask; we do them regularly.

Enoch Cree Nation, River Cree, and Indigenous communities

River Cree Resort and Casino sits on Enoch Cree Nation land, just west of the city, and it is one of our most frequent destinations. Beyond River Cree, we work with First Nations and Métis communities across the region for events, governance travel, health appointments and celebrations, including Alexis Nakota Sioux Nation, Alexander First Nation and Paul First Nation. This is a commitment we take seriously; our Indigenous communities page explains what it means in practice.

Popular destinations we drive to

  • Rogers Place for Oilers games and concerts, with access to the venue’s limousine zone.
  • River Cree Resort and Casino for nights out and events.
  • Edmonton International Airport (YEG) for flight-tracked pickups and drop-offs.
  • Wedding venues across the city and the surrounding acreages; our wedding service covers the whole day.
  • Corporate districts downtown, in Nisku and along the Yellowhead; see our corporate service.
  • Schools and banquet halls for graduation and prom season.

How pickup works across the region

One pickup point or several: both work. For a group coming from different communities, the simplest plan is one central meeting point. If you would rather we collect people at multiple addresses, tell us the order and we will build it into the itinerary and the quote. Multi-stop pickups across the region add driving time, which is what you are paying for, so a tight route saves money.

Not sure if we cover your address?

Call (780) 722-3070 or use the booking form with your pickup address and destination. We will tell you immediately whether the standard rate or a zone surcharge applies, and give you a full quote. We are available 24 hours a day, every day.
